Bug Description
The editor event menu has 3 columns with header labels:
1. "Event Chains: "
2. "Registered Events: "
3. "Registered Triggers"
Note that only the first 2 have ": " at the end. That is an inconsistency. It is also unclear what "Registered " is supposed to tell the user.
To make it consistent and clear, it should be changed to:
1. "Event Chains"
2. "Events"
3. "Triggers"
Maybe they should be horizontally centered (or they should all have a ":" at the end).
Each column has 3 buttons. The first button of the respective columns are different:
1. "New Event Chain"
2. "New Event"
3. "New Trigger"
The string "New Event Chain" is too long for the button. In some other locales, some other strings are too long for the buttons.
The other 2 buttons, "Edit" and "Del", are equal for the 3 columns. "Del" should be "Delete", but that did not fit on the button.
To make sure that the buttons are large enough, the first button in each column should simply have the text "New". Then that button can be made narrower and the other buttons wider, so that they all have the same width. Then "Del" can be changed to "Delete".
There is also an empty space at the top of the dialog. It should be eliminated (20 pixel).

Revision 4457 fixes everything except the column header labels. That should be fixed as soon as we know that we do not have a message freeze.
