Bug Description
Using Panflute 0.6.1 with Banshee 1.5.1 (or 1.6 beta 2, if you'd like)
On Ubuntu 9.10, when I launch Banshee by clicking on the launcher of the Panflute applet, any attempt to play a music radio fails. Banshee indicates the stream is unplayable with a cross next to it. When I launch Banshee from the Applications menu, it does not have this behaviour, which makes me to believe this is problem with the way Panflute launches Banshee.

This happens whenever Banshee is launched via DBus activation. Starting Banshee via the following command (all one line) reproduces the behavior:
dbus-send --print-reply --session --dest= org.freedesktop .DBus /org/freedeskto p/DBus org.freedesktop .DBus.StartServ iceByName string: "org.bansheepro ject.Banshee" uint32:0
It seems that this is actually a weird bug in Banshee. The only way to work around it in Panflute would be to avoid using DBus activation for Banshee, which is certainly doable.
