Bug Description
Once an particular runtime version has been specified for an NUnit project, it's no longer possible to remove that setting using the project editor. There is no 'Deffault' setting in the dropdown and clearing the combo box gives the error "The net-0.0 framework is not available."

This turned out to be more than just a GUI problem The underlying RuntimeFramework type didn't have any way to specify a particular runtime type (like Mono or .NET) with an unspecified version. This has now been added.
More work will be required in conjunction with bug #502101.
