Bug Description
Currently the Landscape Client services that need to talk to the
broker (monitor and manager) expose their API with DBus object
implemented in landscape.
This branch decouples the broker client API logic from the way it is
exposed, with a new BrokerClient class. Another branch will follow to
implement a BrokerClientPro
