Hello,
Thanks for reporting,

It has been fixed in trunk server with revision-info 2996 <email address hidden>
and at gtk client with revision-info as 1679 <email address hidden>

Reverted the patch as to opt for a better solution.

I think it's a good idea to either
* reload the menu tab
* close the menu tab and open a new menu tab

No concept of "menu tab" in web client, not really relevant to server
