Bug Description

Docky does not seem to support the XDG base directory specification

http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html

This seems like a simple enough spec to implement, and it would be a nice step towards the goal of deleting all those "dot" folders that no one knows the importance/significance of.

Please take a look a the branch. I am not sure if that 'fully' supports the spec but it is a bit closer.
