Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

When using the static application switcher to switch between windows, the overlay moves down a few pixels right after the overlay appears, seemingly to add the window title to the bottom of the overlay.

This is easily reproducible simply by doing an alt tab, and observing that the application icon overlay shifts down a few pixels -- the title also appears when that occurs.

Expected behavior would be to not shift the overlay, even if the title isn't "known" or available yet (since the window is not selected yet) so it doesn't jar the display and user.

I am attaching a video. The shift should be fairly easy to observe, simply watch the top and bottom of the overlay. It is easiest to see it if watching the bottom of the overlay.

Thanks for the report, it has been some time without any response or feedback in this bug report and we are wondering if this is still an issue for you with the latest release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal, May you please test with that version and comment back if you're still having or not the issue? Please have a look at http://www.ubuntu.com/download to know how to install that version. Thanks in advance and sorry for the late response.
