Bug Description
I'm not sure if this is a bug with gnome-screensaver or the time-admin tool in gnome-system-tools, but when the time is changed past the threshold (Set session as idle after in Screensaver Preferences), the screensaver activates. For example, if the threshold is 10 minutes (default), and my system time is 6:00, if I open time-admin and set my clock to 6:11, the screensaver will activate when the OK button is pressed. This is a bug because the user has not actually been idle for any amount of time - the screensaver should ignore time adjustments made by the user.
