Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

If a non-English language is used to install Ubuntu Lucid alpha 3, characters with punctuation are shown as question-mark. Like Belgium as Belgi?.

After the installation this problem is solved and Belgium is shown as België.

This effects the installation language Dutch, France, German and probably more.

This only occurs when i select "install Ubuntu" at the first screen. When i first select "Try Ubuntu" the keyboard selection screens are good.

I tried this again (latest daily-live) and quit the installation at the keyboard selection screen to copy the requested logs.
