Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
If a non-English language is used to install Ubuntu Lucid alpha 3, characters with punctuation are shown as question-mark. Like Belgium as Belgi?.
After the installation this problem is solved and Belgium is shown as België.
This effects the installation language Dutch, France, German and probably more.
