Bug Description
If one works with a shared repository with branches and lightweight checkouts, 'bzr check' will check the branch at least once (which is expected), but it will also check it for every time a lightweight checkout of that branch is encountered.
So, suppose you have 10 lightweight checkout of a particular branch, then the branch will be checked and reported as being checked 11 times.
