firefox 3.6 needs a man page

Firefox 3.6 needs a man page. This is especially important because Lucid will be an LTS release. There is already a man page for Firefox 2 in Ubuntu and a man page for Debian's IceWeasel that can serve as good starting points.

Here's a man page for Firefox 3.6 I wrote up. It's adapted from Debian's iceweasel 3.5 man page, with a bunch of extra command line options that they didn't document [1].
