So I'm trying to connect my e-book reader to the laptop with Ubuntu 10.04 alpha3. After connecting I could see

in dmesg output
and I see the device in lsusb, but could not see any attached disks in nautilus.
By the way Sony Prs-300 determed as two removamble flash drives in Ubuntu Karmic.

So I see disks in fdisk -l output and can mount them manually, but do not understand why this does not work automatically.

The problem is in udev rules or device kit rules, so the same problem with all devices which were starting using hal service.

I can see my READER as an hardisk but it is not recognized as an sony PRS-300. So Calbre can´t update my ebooks to it.
I use now 10.04 LTS - Lucid Lynx. Before I used 9.10 with no problems.
