Bug Description
For example when you are under gnome-control-
This bug is due to
G-c-c only having a default arrangement menu:min,max,close
Since the order was changed in the light-theme , it will appear broken. This happens to all themes which set a custom button layout.
g-c-c will have to look at the
ButtonLayout=
mentioned in the index.theme to display this properly
g-c-c not looking in the index.theme , leads to such problems of broken layouts and wrong layouts which differ from the theme settings
