Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

This is on Lucid Lynx (alpha).

The way to reproduce is :

1) open firefox
2) go to full screen mode (F11)
3) close the application while in full screen mode (close button on upper right corner)
4) reopen firefox : it is opened fullscreen with no window decoration, and no auto-hidden bar to close

You can recover by pressing F11 again. If you then close eand reopen Firefox, it has windows decoration again.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug without some more information. Please run the following command in a terminal:

apport-collect 532582

This will automatically add information about your system to this report so we can more easily determine the cause of this bug. Bear in mind that you may need to install the python-launchpadlib package from the universe repository. Additionally, when prompted to give apport-collect permissions for Launchpad you will need to give it at least the ability to "Change Non-Private" data as it will be adding information to your bug report. Thanks in advance!

This bug can be closed as duplicate of bug #251617 (I'll do it)

It is not affecting me anymore, but others might be... Comment 22 on bug #251617 might give a hint on the source of the problem. A workaround is to hit F11 twice in Firefox.

Thanks for your work.
