Bug Description
Have Toshiba A505-S6030 Laptop with Intel Core i7 processor. I have tried both 32 and 64 bit versions of 9.10, and 10.04, and usb does not work. USB is using Intel Corporation 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset USB2 Enhanced Host Controller [8086:3b3c] using the ehci_hcd kernel module.

I was finally able to boot my laptop with live CD Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit 2010 Mar. 3, by going to F6 (options) and turning off the first three options. My USB started working. This is of course a work around, but I have not been able to get usb to work at all with Ubuntu 9.10.
