Bug Description
Now code imports are not always owned by ~vcs-imports, it makes sense to allow the person registering the import to choose one of the teams they belong to when requesting the import.
If we somehow manage to unify/refactor the whole branch registration process when fixing this, that would be great. But a simple fix would be easy and still nice.
