Bug Description

It's hard to predict sensibly how much RAM an lp-serve process is going to use. But we can still have an upper bound of like 4 gigs -- nothing can reasonably use that much!

This has been QAed in as much as it's known not to break codehosting -- I'm not sure that it's been tested that processes no longer ever exceed 4 gigs, we'd need to ask a SA about that.
