"Drawing" and "Painting & Editing" subsections contain viewers and XSane

The "Graphics" > "Drawing" subsection contains "Document Viewer".

The "Graphics" > "Painting & Editing" subsection contains gThumb, "Gtkam Digital Camera Browser", "Image Viewer (eog)", and "qcomicbook".

These can all be fixed by adding a <Not><Category>Viewer</Category></Not> to the definitions of both "Drawing" and "Painting & Editing".

"Painting & Editing" also contains XSane Image Scanner. This can be fixed by adding a <Not><Category>Scanning</Category></Not> to its definition.
