Count of bugs with patches is wrong, +patches shows different information

Bug Description

As we can see in https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/rosetta, it says "8 bugs with patches", but when I click it, +patches page show two bugs, each one of them with two bugtasks, all Fix Released.

the patches count is based on the statuses UNRESOLVED_BUGTASK_STATUSES + RESOLVED_BUGTASK_STATUSES, which includes INVALID and WONTFIX. We should use the same set of statuses for the count as is used on the +patches view: the default set.

I believe this has been qa'ed already. Can Abel or someone else confirm that counts are sane now and change the tag to qa-ok?
