/etc/jabber/functions missing from package

Bug Description
When trying to do a clean install of jabber 1.4.3-3ubuntu1 the installation stops with error
/etc/
/etc/init.d/jabber calls unconditionally to the functions file, while the functions file is not in the package.

Forget about this "bug". I just notice functions is actually in jabber-common. My system must have been messed up somehow.
(Can I delete this bug somehow?)
