Is a common occurrence. It would be nice if factoids could be directed at another user, e.g.
21:37 < tumbleweed> csb?
21:357 < marcog> tibid: tell tumbleweed about csb
21:37 < tibid> tumbleweed: csb is cool story bro
We need to be careful to avoid clashes with the memo syntax.
