Bug Description

Syncdaemon sets $XDG_DATA_HOME/ubuntuone to be read-only. I've worked
around this in the Rhythmbox music store plugin by setting it to be
read-write, but it probably shouldn't be read-only. If syncdaemon stops
doing this, and it detects when its done it previously and fixes it, I
can remove that code from the music store plugin, which would be cool :)
