exaile-0.3.1b Makefile doesn't respect $(MAKE)

Bug Description

When calling "make" from Makefile it should be $(MAKE) to allow jobserver to function properly. So you see this,

make[1]: warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1. Add `+' to parent make rule.

Attached patch fixes the issue
