aticonfig --initial needs to have --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf

Bug Description

Until "aticonfig --initial --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf" is ran the Mesa driver is used. Once the "input" option (as show above, and system rebooted) is ran the ATI drive will be used. I don't know if this is card specific but I have a Radeon X600.
