Bug Description

I want to edit an index.theme file via Nautilus. I right-click and look for Open With... to no avail. I select open, and am presented with the following prompt:

-----
Do you want to run "index.theme", or display its contents?
"index.theme" is an executable text file.
[Run in Terminal] [Display] [Cancel] [Run]
------

I don't want to do any of these things.

I want to *edit* the file.

After a minute I finally try 'Display', expecting some sort of optimised read-only view, only half hoping that Gedit would be launched. Luckily Gedit was launched and I was able to proceed with my work.

My suggestion would probably be to change "Display" to "Open with [Default App For Opening This Sort Of File]", so in this case: "Open with Gedit". Or even "Open".

Thank you for reporting this bug. However, I believe this is a duplicate of bug #425166, which discusses the same problem. I'll mention there that .theme files are also affected by the ambiguity, and would like to ask you to continue the discussion there.
