Please sync taglib-sharp 2.0.3.6+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
It is required for the new version of Banshee (1.5.4), which syncs its releases
with the GNOME release schedule and is covered by the same freeze exception that
GNOME has.

The changes from 2.0.3.4 include only API additions and no ABI breakages.
