Hello, and thanks for taking the time to reporting this bug.

Could you post the output of `sudo lshw -C network` please? That should help us
figure out which driver is giving problems.

I just figured out, that hibernation fails, even when wifi adapter is unplugged. Detailed description: Sometimes network is disabled in nm-applet after start-up(I must click on Enable networking), or network has connection problems(speed is about:2Mb/s or lesser-nm-applet->connection information, normally is about 48 Mb/s), and I must disable network through nm-applet and re-enable it. Then I must enter password for keyring and network works normally. In these cases hibernation fails when I use internet(when I do not, hibernation is successful).
Another time network works normally after start-up, and I can use internet and hibernation is successful. I know it is confusing :). And I wonder, if this bug is also related to this bug : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/acpid/+bug/528111
