The headers of keys/inkscape.xml, keys/acd-canvas.xml and of keys/default.xml point to
http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/gtk%2B/gdk/gdkkeysyms.h?view=markup as the reference location for gdkkeysyms.h . GNOME has since moved through SVN and is now using git. New reference location should be http://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/plain/gdk/gdkkeysyms.h .
