Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

Bluetooth was disabled on log in.
After enabling it, the first two lines in the indicator remain "Bluetooth: Off" and "Turn On Bluetooth", clicking the second one bluetooth ist succesfully disabled again.

I tried building jpetersen's latest branch:

https://code.launchpad.net/~jpetersen/indicator-application/actions-notify-workaround

and that seems to fix this bug.
