This is likely a CIS bug, not GT.M-related.

I presume this is OpenVista CIS related.

Can you be a little more specific about steps we can take to reproduce the issue?

also, can you say what versions of CIS and OpenVista Server you are using (e.g., have you installed your own copy of the server or are you running the virtual machine appliance)?

First select patient
Second: Open File -> Update Provider / Location. Select tab New Visit. select a new visit.
Third: Create a new note. Then type terms of the note. Then press Edit Encounter to open Encounter Form.
Fourth: In tab Visit Type, select Type of Visit, Section Name and Primary Provider. In other tab(except Vitals), seelect some value. Save encounter.
Firth: when Encounter Form close, you will see your chose in text area Encounter. Sign note ( this not important).
Sixth: Close Patient. Select Patient that again. But when you select note you created before, encounter has disapeared in text area Encounter.

If you select encounter again for this note error will happen.

(when I bug in source I see: when save encounter (Encounter Form closed). Encounter text area will call server to get value you has edit.
But when you close and select patient again, select note, of course encounter text area will call server to get value but this time i see value has disappear)

I use application OpenVista CIS 1.0 RC1 and server is OpenVista Appliance Release 3
