Bug Description
The Gmail docklet, Weather docklet, and probably other internet-related docklets all have different ways of notifying the user that it can't connect to the internet. For example, the Gmail just says "Network Error", while the weather docklet says "Network Error: [the specific error]". These messages should be standardized across all docklets.
