Fix mysqladmin -r and -c

Obviously MySQL isn't going to fix mysqladmin. We should fix it in our distribution.

Seems works fine for the total-counted variables.

For average or size variables, remove "-r".

Or do you say that
"mysqladmin should keep the list of variables and how should be print diff or abs"?

Currently, mysqladmin doesn't have any database of the variables.

Last time I checked, -r and -c still don't work. But that was a while
ago. We should have a test that answers this question -- it is for QA
to provide feedback, I think.

cannot reproduce with current Percona Server 5.5... appears to work as described in mysqladmin --help
