Bug Description
For VISTA and VST there is only one instrument per telescope, thus we need
only one category. The information is redundant. If SVMT is expanded to
VLT/VLTI we would have multiple instruments per telescope.
I would duggest to keep the 'Instrument' category and skip the 'Telescope'
category, or write something like "VISTA/VIRCAM" and "VST/OmegaCAM", and
later for the VLT "UT1/CRIRES", "UT2/VIMOS", etc.

Both solutions are quite easy to implement. Practically we can create a new category TelescopeInstrument which is the concatenation of both strings, or just hide the telescope category (even easier to implement).
