Bug Description
Allow the user to start a HTTP server. Include a new Menu called "Tools" and an Item called "HTTP Server". When the user clicks on it, a dialog asking for a path will appear. This dialog will have a modal button to start/stop the server. When the server is running, place a message on the status bar indicating "HTTP Server is Running on http://
With this, a user can easily share his files with others using any browser.
