Bug Description

Binary package hint: fontconfig

libfontconfig1-dev 2.6.0-1ubuntu12

occurred after computer was accidently shut down during the installation of a program (Gnome Shell). The package cannot be installed, reinstalled or removed from the system. Now all other packages/program modification returns this error, but most programs, those without this package as a direct dependency, install correctly despite the message.
