ubuntu one indicator says capabilities miss match cant upload files always !! whenever restart reinstall ubuntu or whatever updare capabilities are miss matched with the server ubuntu 9.10 karmic final

However, according to this report, you are not using the most recent version of this package for your Ubuntu release.
