Please sync 0.9.2-1 from Debian Testing

Binary package hint: rednotebook

RedNotebook is a leaf package and this version fixes spell checking and a couple of other trivial issues. It's much more suited to an LTS release and I plan that it will be the version in Lucid if you are happy with the changes. I've been using it since I uploaded it to Debian without any problems.
