Bug Description
Open qlog for a specific file.
Click around on the revisions and watch the file list.
The file list has duplicates in it.
NOTE: this seems like a timing issue, since it only happens after a while of clicking on different revisions.
"Maybe" 2 threads are writing to the same data structure each time?
See the screenshot.

I saw similar effect when selecting several revisions.
Can you check this is the case?
Gary, also there is related bug: when you click revisions too fast the
filelist becomes out-of-sync at some moment.
