Bug Description
When submitting a project to an offering in a non-current semester, the error is:
"You may not submit files from /ivle-102/
This is probably because it thinks ivle-102 is not a subject directory for the purpose of submission. Fix this error.
Is it even appropriate to disable submissions when a subject is not current?
