Bug Description

Binary package hint: gconf2

It looks to me that mandatory settings are being ignored.

Steps to reproduce:

sudo gconftool --direct --config-source xml::/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.mandatory --type=int --set /desktop/gnome/session/idle_delay 20

Log out and log back in again. Go System > Preferences > Screensaver, and observe that the screensaver is not locked, and probably not set to 20.
