Bug Description
We consider a commit orphan when it's not a testfix and yet it doesn't show the bug # in the commit message.
If the commit message doesn't have the bug # on it, the script should:
- Check if the branch has a nick, and if it does, try to find it in Launchpad; finding it, try to find the linked bugs it has
- Not having it, just skip. Won't create a bug because there are some items that don't really require QA, other than testfixes. This was discussed with Francis.
