Bug Description
If I press CUE while inside an active loop, the waveform jumps to the beginning of the loop but the music jumps to the cue point. Upon pressing play, the waveform wraps around the loop but the music plays from the cue point unless/until it reaches the loop points or beyond. This happens if the cue point is before or after the loop points but it's worse when it's before them.
In a nutshell, loops should be deactivated before attempting to jump to a cue point, unless it's inside the loop.

This happens on Ubuntu Studio 9.10. It's helpful enough when a Cue Point is inside the loop, as said, but when a cue point is anywhere else, it messes up as mentioned.
