Bug Description
This was discussed on IRC but I dont see a bug for it. The memcached_stats plugin is disabled presumably because it requires a specific version of libmemcached and there currently is no check in the build environment.
This came around and bit me when I checked in a recent fix, and another change was merged right before mine that introduced a compilation error in the plugin and was not caught because the plugin is not being built.
