Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-sound

I'm seeing a bunch of apparently related behaviors to do with mute:

1) I had it where it always said 'Mute all' even when muted, I killed inidicator-sound-service and got...
2) Hitting 'mute all' flips to 'unmute' but doesn't change the icon

I've also seen
3) It being stuck in 'unmute'
