#when configurating some compiz efects like water effect, when active all system crashes

Compiz effects rely on cutting edge support in the drivers. As such, I suggest opening a bug upstream in bugs.freedesktop.org against the intel graphics driver. We can then link the new bug report to this one for tracking purposes.
