Bug Description
I think a separate "LP_Team_Names" switch would be a useful feature.
I would like to be able to disable the expansion of team names that occurs on an individual user's launchpad page, while still enabling the rest of LP_Karma_Suffix's features (I do want the karma display and the team *icons* next to commenter's names on bug pages).
