Bug Description

Happened in yesterday's update, but I can't figure out which package is responsible. Ondemand governor runs high all the time (according to cpufreq applet). Conservative does too. Powersave runs low all the time. My computer is hotter than usual, and top reports low cpu usage.

Description: Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
Release: 10.04

this is actually a problem with rsyslogd. Top reports 100% cpu usage. /etc/init.d/rsyslog stop fixes it.
