Bug Description
Binary package hint: nvidia-cg-toolkit
The package installs and is marked as successful - but it does not actually install and fails during the download of the toolkit from Nvidia with a 403 Forbidden error. This failure is not preventing the package from becoming marked as installed however, and is leading to erroneous installs of other packages that assume it has been installed, afterwards. One such is Panda3D.
Which package version are you using? The package installs fine on Lucid Lynx 10.04 for me using
http:// developer. download. nvidia. com/cg/ Cg_2.1/ 2.1.0017/ Cg-2.1_ February2009_ x86.tgz
package 2.1.0017.deb1+nmu1
There is a debian bug about updaiting the package for Cg 2.2:
