Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
I'd love to have this available in e.g. lptools which is a bit more upstream focused; I'm happy to migrate the code over, but lptools is GPL3 :- does that cause any sort of issue? [both are (C) Canonical, so I wouldn't expect an issue].

This request look sane. Move the code over to lptools. Once moved, please let me know that I can remove it from ubuntu-dev-tools.
