Bug Description
Feature Freeze exception request for syncing latest google-perftools from debian.
The sync is current filed as bug: #519996
The current ubuntu version is very old and the upstream version has fixed many bugs since then.

The sync request was filed before feature freeze and had problems because of libunwind build issues. From what the sync request notes, this build issue has been resolved. This now allows perftools to support more architectures.
